Cara pertama:

One time solution only! 

alter session set nls_date_format = 'MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MI:SS'; 

Cara kedua:

Tools -> Preferences -> Database -> NLS Parameters

Change Date Format to DD-MON-RRRR HH24:MI:SS

Cara no2 ni boleh guna sampai bila2.. hehehe
